Enjoyable Stay
At River Breeze Caravan & Cabin Park, we aim to provide a peaceful, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for all guests. To ensure everyone has a great experience, we ask visitors to follow the park policies outlined below.
These guidelines help maintain the safety, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere that guests expect when staying at our riverside park in Smithton, Tasmania.
Check-In & Check-Out
To help us prepare accommodation and sites for arriving guests, please follow our check-in and check-out times.
Check-In
- Cabins: From 2:00 PM
- Caravan and camping sites: From 12:00 PM
Check-Out
- Cabins: By 10:00 AM
- Caravan and camping sites: By 10:00 AM
If you require early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Booking & Payment
- Bookings are recommended, especially during peak travel periods.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
- Payment can be made using accepted payment methods:
- Eftpos
- Visa
- MasterCard
- No cheques.
- Please ensure all booking details are correct at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy helps ensure fairness for all guests.
- Cancellations made in advance may be eligible for a refund or booking credit depending on the notice period.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking.
Pet Policy
River Breeze Caravan & Cabin Park welcomes guests travelling with pets in designated areas.
For the safety and comfort of all guests:
- Pets must be kept on a lead at all times.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pets must not disturb other guests.
- Pets may not be permitted in certain accommodation areas.
Please contact us before arrival if you plan to bring a pet.
Quiet Hours
To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests, quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
During this time, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum and respect the comfort of others staying in the park.
Park Safety & Conduct
For the safety of all guests:
- Please follow park signage and staff instructions.
- Children should be supervised at all times.
- Campfires are only permitted where allowed and must follow local safety regulations.
- Guests are responsible for the security of their belongings.
We ask all visitors to respect other guests, park facilities, and the natural surroundings of the Duck River area.
Vehicle & Site Use
- Please drive slowly within the park to ensure the safety of pedestrians and children.
- Vehicles should only be parked in designated areas or at your allocated site.
- Additional vehicles may require approval from park management.
Respecting the Environment
River Breeze Caravan & Cabin Park is located in a beautiful natural setting beside the Duck River. We encourage guests to help protect the environment by:
- Using rubbish bins provided throughout the park
- Avoiding disturbance to wildlife
- Keeping the park clean and tidy
